Thank you so so much for helping Shaka today. We were very scared when he was attacked by an off leash dog at the park and it really helped how calm and professional you all were and how quickly you took care of him and made him feel better. We really appreciate you!

This place is top-notch so patient and kind with every animal. My baby dozer had a nail avulsion yesterday. They got us in and were so aware of our needs and not pushy about anything. They did a procedure in the dark room just so my baby would be comfortable . This is the second time we’ve been there and if needed we’ll go back again for any emergency needs.

VEG was amazing in all their actions and interactions. They saved our dog's life. All pro/cons/risks/costs were clearly communicated. For us, no complaints, the whole experience was fantastic (of course we wish we didn't have that emergency in the first place). Grateful to the whole team.

We had an after hours emergency with our dog during a power outage throughout town. Thankfully VEG was open. They immediately diagnosed the issue and gave us all of the information and time we needed to make the most compassionate decision for our Flash. The entire staff was so caring, especially since there were no indications he was sick and we were in shock. I highly recommend Boulder VEG if you find yourself in an emergency situation with your pet.

This clinic is amazing. From walking in the door, you experience a well run team that is, knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Highly recommended for emergencies. We visited for an emergency spleen removal (internal bleeding) and were very satisfied with the entire experience, especially the outcome for Mr. Pants. 💜 …

Our experience was amazing. I love the open concept environment and was refreshed to think about emergency pet care from such an innovative perspective. They let us stay for whole process and even let our dog chill in the sun while receiving fluids. Super kind and well trained staff. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at VEG during a recent potentially life-threatening emergency with our dog. From the moment we rushed through the doors, the entire team treated us with a level of kindness and urgency that immediately put us at ease. One of the most unique and comforting aspects of VEG is their transparent model; you aren't separated from your pet in a back room, but instead, get to stay by their side throughout the entire process. Furthermore, the ability to chat with a veterinarian directly—rather than just relaying messages through staff—makes a world of difference when you are trying to understand a complex situation. We are especially grateful to Dr. Rocha, whose expertise and steady hand truly saved the day. Our dog was suffering from a serious obstruction, and Dr. Rocha was able to skillfully get the stones back into his bladder, stabilizing a high-stakes situation that could have easily taken a turn for the worse. The level of care we received was world-class, but what impressed us even more was the support we received after the initial crisis. In the days following the incident, we had several follow-up questions and concerns. Dr. Rocha remained incredibly accessible, providing the same high level of care and patience over the phone as she did in person. Having that direct line of support during the recovery period helped us navigate a very stressful time with confidence. If you ever find yourself in a veterinary emergency, this is the place to go for prompt, compassionate, and life-saving care.

Everyone at VEG was amazing! They treated my cat immediately and were very considerate about him. They treated him with respect and tended to him nicely. They kept me informed the whole procedure and really put me at ease during the whole experience. I will definitely my friends and family to this vet for going above and beyond.

The entire staff at VEG Boulder that I interacted with were beyond wonderful. You never hope to need the emergency vet, but if I ever need an emergency vet again I hope to have another experience like this. Staff were compassionate and they were willing to have patience with my dog who has had bad vet experiences in the past and is fearful of being taken away for painful interactions. They addressed my concerns of possible bloat quickly and were willing to work with me on a treatment plan that sounded best for me and my dog. The open floor plan made things even better and I wish I could have this layout at my regular vet. To everyone who worked with Valor and I, thank you so much for all your help, it meant the world to us tonight!

The staff at VEG was very compassionate, informative, and accommodating. As a previous veterinary professional, I was blown away by the care provided to us during a very scary moment. I'm so grateful they were there to help us in the middle of the night when two other ERs turned us away before we even arrived. Thank you VEG!
